Garlicky Miso Dressing

- 1 whole egg
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 4 teaspoons mellow white miso
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mild extra virgin olive oil such as arbequina
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
In the bowl of a food processor, add all ingredients except the oils and blend until combined.
Combine oils and add in a slow, steady stream while the food processor is running, until all olive oil is added, and the mixture appears smooth and homogenous.
Season with additional kosher salt to taste.
